- The child’s date of birth and the grade you are applying for.
- A phone or WhatsApp number we can reach you on.
- Photos of the birth certificate, clinic card and your ID. These can be added later.
Grades: Playgroup, Nursery, Reception, Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3, Stage 4, Stage 5, Stage 6.
